I have stayed at the property several times and each time it has been a pleasure. The check in is simple and easy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Kayla in particular is a great to deal with; she is friendly, and runs a tight ship. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I had to stay at the Homewood Suites city Avenue Philadelphia due to a plumbing emergency at my home. The staff could not be more accommodating! Often going above and beyond what was expected. It’s a convenient, clean, comfortable hotel that connects to the Hilton with additional amenities there.

When i arrived to the property i was greet by the front desk attendant that was very pleasant and professional. The attendant stated that i had two reservations for the same stay. I informed him that i was staying alone for the evening and asked him to confirm that i would only be charged once for my stay . He confirm. Once i checking out and checking my account. I was charged once by expedia and once by HWS.
