Will NOT use HILTON Homewood Suites Again
I experienced such poor service & an unsatisfactory stay this past weekend.To begin we had to wait 45 minutes to check in because ROOMS were not ready.The room was no cleaned well,crumbs and skittles on the floors.Once we got settled we realized we had NO PHONE. We let the front desk know and they informed us there was NOTHING for them to do even though that’s a safety issue,they offered Hilton Points. WHY would sell that room to anyone? The room itself was old and outdated.There was 1 hook in the bathroom for a Suite that sleeps 4,why? The attempt to make it updated is a door to the bathroom that doesn’t block out light or sound that slides like a Barn Door. 2 roaches made an appearance in the kitchen & bathroom.The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a trickle. I didn’t have a phone to complain and my room was already paid for so at this point, we were STUCK. Front desk did not give myself and other patrons a decent or honest reason as to WHY a 45 minute wait was necessary. She was polite but very dismissive.Things happen, short staff happens but give us the courtesy and respect to be HONEST! This particular establishment dropped the ball numerous ways.We stayed 2 nights and to add insult the injury during Sunday check out they had a Plastic juice container with a hand written not saying “Room Keys”. I was in awe of the unprofessionalism.This was beyond disappointing and pray I’ll never have this experience at ANY establishment.
