Run, do not walk, away from this establishment. We received a call before we checked in notifying us that they were upgrading our room, if that room was an upgrade I would be frightened to think what our room was going to be like. We also booked for the Mainstay side because it had better reviews but when we left we realized they had put us in the Comfort Inn side, I would have never booked there. The hallways and rooms smelled atrocious, hairy bug leg found in the bed and during the night my husband had a cockroach on his arm. They said the ice machines were not working and they were waiting for a repair person. They must have been waiting for years because the machine had cobwebs older than the building and it clearly has not been connected to a water line for a very long time. There was trash lining the halls and a pile of towels on the floor that was not picked up in the 12 hours we were there. Honestly if we had a car and didn’t need to be in that area we would have left immediately. Don’t waste your money or your time with this place.

The rooms were okay but what happened in the rooms was not. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. I requested extra pillows a few times with no availe. The first night we found a roach in the bed. We spoke to the front desk and they moved us to a higher floor. The next few days we complained about the smell of cigarette smoke that was either in the room from before or coming into our room. They offered to move us AGAIN or spray the room instead of finding out where the smell was coming from. We stuck it out in hopes the issues would be remedied. It was not...The smell actually got worst while we were in the room on the last night as if someone was actively smoking somewhere around us. The last night a mouse got into our snacks. I spoke the front desk and kept them in the loop of the entire ordeal. They were very nice and tried to do what they are allowed to. I am currently waiting for the General Manager to reach out and hopefully compensate us for this horrible situation.

Super loud until late into the night.

We were kept awake until past 1am because they did not enforce the curfew. There were multiple people making a lot of noise in the lobby/diner area and the sound traveled straight up. We tried to both call the front desk and message them but there was no response. We will not stay here again.

Quite uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and orderly. There was a mouse in our room the first morning we woke up. (In their defense, there was recent construction nearby, which facilitated the issue.) We had a three day event scheduled and were getting ready to leave so when they offered to change rooms at 8am we couldn't. They promised to put down traps. The event was uncomfortable because we didn't know what we were coming back to. We returned around 6pm. When we returned traps were not laid. We missed dinner with our family that evening because we had to come straight back after to deal with our little roommate. They promised to contact the manager that first day and get back to us but that never happened. On checkout they promised again to check with the manager and give us a call with some type of compensation. We have not received the promised call. It's ok. We attended a three-day convention 30 minutes away so we didn't really spend a lot of time there. That turned out to be a blessing.

Room 410 was very noisy from traffic all night. Strong Mothball smell. Safe that we paid $1.50 for did not work. Shower door did not stay closed while showering as the floor was slanted. Breakfast was just ok. Property pictures on website are not what it appears in person.
