First of all the hotel looked nothing like the pictures advertised on hotels.com. There was no gym & the lobby looked nothing like the picture. The room was smaller than what I booked & looked like. There was a problem with the reservation, SO they charged me more because of the problem with the reservation. I had to argue with the receptionist and the hotels.com person didn't help on the phone. There were holes all in the walls in the hallways. The bathroom door knob was broken in the first room they gave me. The second room the air conditioner was broken and so was the fan in the bathroom and the night before I left found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Stayed in my room mostly cuz the first night I got there some guy asked me to join him in his room. Creepy! Definitely won't be staying there again. Worst experience I ever had on hotels.com.

The first room we received was not the one we reserved. We like to check the beds before sleeping anywhere just in case and our beds had gross stains all over them like bloody? The room also smelled of roach spray and smoke (it was a nonsmoking room). When we went back downstairs to tell them this wasn’t the room we reserved, the woman tried to twist it on me to say that it was the room I reserved, but I showed her my receipt and then blamed the app because it’s a “third party”. The room we got next was only three rooms down, then completely smelled of chlorine and yet this building doesn’t have a pool which was strange. There was dust, dirt, stains, and hair on the wall still, the windows were severely dirty they need a heavy duty cleaning outside of them, AND we checked the beds again to find a piece of broken glass underneath the actual mattress and smaller stains on the mattress again. If it wasn’t for time constraints, we would’ve gotten a full refund at the front desk and gone to the holiday inn across the street. It was actually so ridiculous, I can’t make this up.

Not good at all especially the bathroon is not ckean enough and flying insects in it and in the room ‼️⁉️ Not enough soap or shampoo also, cold room with heat not turned on yet Small rooms, no closets, small old TV screen..... Needs lots of renovation inside and outside..... manager should be aware of all these major problems or soon will go out of business since i my self will never go back again to this hotel or semilar ones even if it was for free ⁉️⁉️

Room doors on 5th floor requires fixing. Looks like a break in occurred previously. Elevators stopped in-between floors for a few seconds and then proceeded. Only the hotel lobby is clean and smells like bleach. When asked for a different room due to broken door, the 2nd room was no better. I daughter and I checked out immediately after check in. I never received my refund

The room was not clean behind the coffee machine was dirty.The toilet had hair that around it the bottom of the toilet wasn't clean.The shower water pressure was low.The sink was glued back together.It was a horrible experience

Disgusting place.

That place is disgusting. We left within half hour. Found dark mold on mattresses, and everything in non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The halls were dirty. Just say No.

They are making an attempt to remodel but we killed a big bug in our bathroom that may have been a roach, the hotel was not very clean, someone wandered in off the stret and slept in the breakfast area, there were holes in the walls in the hallway and the condition of the elevator made ne take the stairs.
