Bed was horrible! Woke up with back ache the 3 nights we slept there. Poor lighting in room (especially bathroom). Towels were old and definitely not hotel quality. Overall, overrated.

Truly an excellent stay - well located hotel within walking distance of so much, clean and comfortable room and common areas indoors and out, friendly and helpful staff at every turn, complimentary coffee each morning, convenient parking lot access to vehicle as needed, and a swift and effective repair of a minor maintenance issue!

Room big, ok, but we had an extremely soiled carpet in the TV area of our „Jr Suite“ (euphemism). Bed was very soft, toilet was clogged on our second day, there were teabags but no water heater etc. A little more love for the details would go a long way! The hotel is in a very nice area if town, great shopping malls close by, the lounge is nice too. The room disappointed us.
