Hotel staff were friendly and approachable, they recommended the nearby pizzeria as a good spot to grab a bite. We were able to walk to a pizzeria and the food was good. This is a nice quiet area.

I was booked into this hotel by the error of Hotels.com. I asked to be booked for the Tempe location and when we arrived to Tempe they didn't have our reservation, however the reservation was booked in the Chandler location. We were double charged $640 for a hotel we did not stay in and paid $640 for the hotel we DID stay in. I want my $640 refund in full please ASAP This is my third notice to you and I have been waiting for my refund since 4/6/2025

The hotel was cleaner but the room had a sour/ sewer smell which seemed to be exacerbated by the AC- which was definitely needed on the hot days we were there. The bed was large and clean, but not incredibly comfy. The bathroom was well equipped with good shower pressure

Generally satisfied with our stay. Only issue was room service. We asked for service every day, which we did eventually receive. However each day it came between two and three in the afternoon which did upset our schedule. I think cleaning of the room should be complete by noon.

Beyond belief; it’s that good!

OUTSTANDING! We stay in hotels quite often, and Drury is the best there is. Staff is wonderful, and the evening dinner, that was complementary, was really pretty good. Overall, we would stay her again in a heartbeat!
