Front desk was amazing. Candace was super nice and very welcoming. That’s what customer service should be about. Only complaint would be grumpy cook who came out and snapped at me about the waffle machine. I was trying to get some mixture to make waffle for my daughter pressured the button twice didn’t know it was empty and she scolded me with an ekevated voice it’s empty don’t you break my machine !! Not good customer service from her. Rude to be honest . But rooms were clean and well minted.

We arrived late and had issues with checking in, something with their computers. Staff was super nice but couldn't make our keys and had to slide them under the door later. Water in the shower never warmed up. BUT staff was super nice.
