The hotel lobby, pool, and outdoor fireplace were so wonderful! The fireplace area was a bit unattended to, but the staff was off for the holiday so we totally understand. The lobby of the hotel was so gorgeous and the decorations were really pretty. While our room was clean, it seemed a bit run down. Paint was chipped and scuff marks on the doorframes and some walls, the bathroom floor, toilet, and tub looked older and a bit stained. The carpets in the hall were stained and coming up in some places. It was just odd compared to how clean and fresh the lobby was. When did free breakfast go away? But these things didn't deter from our experience there too much and we had a wonderful holiday. Oh, and the staff were DELIGHTFUL! I appreciate people who work holidays and are still so friendly. Thank you!

I paid for room protection and didnt get my rrom spoke to staff upon arrival and was told they dont know why thats sold if thier not mandated to support that service so why charge,ended basically being told well it is what it is,cant help you we do have another lower room available for same cost then they try to put me in a single very small room when i paid for a luxury suit king so after a long lfieght to Az and 3 hour car ride that was not cool
