The rooms are very well designed and clean The beds are great. The shuttle service was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to do a close walk through of the rooms for simple repairs. For example, the towel hook was hanging on the wall and unusable.

stuff was good. But room service was not good. They did not clean properly. had to ask for the change bedsheet. Shuttle service was ok but one driver had attitude. Worst service. This hotel was a convenient location for us for one night. The room is clean and large (king bed with sitting area). We have stayed here twice before and used the shuttle and breakfast on those visits. All went well. We did not use these amenities this time. My one negative on the room is that the shower/toilet room is very small. It's very hard to get in and close the door. Also, keep in mind that this hotel in directly under the flight path of Sky Harbor airport and will be loud. Earplugs are provided. I would stay here again if flying.
