The property was clean and staff were gracious. The Expedia listing was out of date, and despite choosing this location based on a free shuttle service as described on the site, there was no shuttle. Also the light rail is steps away and its loud bell could be heard in our room, but there was no mention of this on the listing.

Easily walkable location for ASU and Tempe events. Despite full hotel occupancy, the staff was calm and accommodating. Amazing breakfast! Local parking (for a fee).
