Parking fee of $16 was not mentioned during booking. Transparency needed during booking so people can compare apples to apples Mattress was sagging and needs replacement Breakfast was average, no decent protein/meat other than oily bacons. No fresh cut fruits ,,, and so on

super convenient, clean modern vibe!

my son’s went to and are currently going to ASU great spot for them to walk to from the great leadership village! We chose this due to the fact that it was a Sigma Nu house back in the day! fantastic service especially the front desk when I checked in Friday night. I ended up coming by myself and they were very accommodating even asked if I needed help with my bags. My son had just walked over from the Greek leadership village on Rual so he was able to help but I was really appreciated of them offering.

Lots of things to like. Areas that need improvement= Rooftop bar is not always open, no water or coffee access anywhere after breakfast is crazy...parking should be cheaper or free.
