Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms and the area around the rooms are filthy, stains everywhere. We never received any room cleaning service during the entire stay. Front desk staff was rude and not helpful, more like we were an inconvenient to them asking for simple items like a ping pong set. For a 'VIP' property the experience was far from VIP. The only positive was the pool/hot tub and gardens throughout. Very disappointing experience and I would highly recommend people spend their money elsewhere and avoid this place. Concerns were sent to property managers who never acknowledged or bothered to respond.

This property needs an update. Window shade broken, coffee maker didn’t work. Pillows were lumpy. Housekeeping missed 2 days. The location and grounds are nice, but the room was a disappointment. Service needs improvement too.

Overall we had a good experience while here and enjoyed our time, only draw back was that housekeeping only stopped by once during our 5 day stay and we had to call to asked to have things refreshed in the room.
