Was overcharged twice!! Their " security deposit/ incident deposit " Was over 230 !! Amazing!! By accident they said , we will refund you immediately. (( NOT )) BEEN WEEK NOW STILL THEY DUCK OUT LOL IF THEY (( MARRIOTT BONVOY )) COULD EVER GET CONTROL OF THESE SITUATIONS?? IDK HOPEFULLY COULD GAIN SOME INSIGHT ON MANAGEMENT. Renovating Pool!

We booked two rooms to enjoy the weekend with our grand children. We were disappointed when we were informed that the pool was closed due to renovations. The temperature was 111 in Glendale! The Continental Breakfast ended at 9:30am so we didn’t make it. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We didn’t hear any disturbances during the night.

Great location

Hotel is very comfortable and close to the State Farm Arena. We were in town for a concert and it was very close. We could have walked, but it was too hot, so we got an uber instead, but it was a very short ride!

Amazing facilities, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, beds were comfortable (even the pullout bed was comfortable) and pillows were soft, but firm. It was convenient to get around the area and return both nights for some good rest, and in spite of the hotel being maxed out, it was quiet and peaceful. The only time we heard our neighbors was when the shower was going. The only disappointment was that we learned the pool was under construction the day we arrived, it had been something we looked forward to, but we will still definitely stay again and enjoy it another time.
