Room was supposed to be non smoking. The bed spread had 5 to 7 burn holes. I took it to the front desk. When I took the bedspread off I could see shoe prints on the top sheet. Like they were changing the ceiling lights room overall was not clean. The toilet did not work properly. Just a horrible experience.

The room was fine, but either a worker (the laundry was across the hall) or someone across the hall was in and out of a room till about 4:00 a.m. This person kept letting the door bang, kept going to the ice machine, and kept a loud TV on.

The staff was terrible and the "breakfast" is nothing but crap coffee and a granola bar. They will tresspass you if you are 1 second late in making another reservation or just paying for another night. Or just for no reason. I was told that i had to go because of the room i had. One minute the staff is sweet as pie. The next minute they are nothing but snakes and just vile humans. I cant believe i spent so much here just to literally be tossed out into the rain. Everything I owned was wet and ruined. I wasnt even allowed to keep dry during the storm we had the past couple of days. If there was a way, I demand a refund of my entire stay in that hell!

Our stay at the Mesa/Gilbert Super 8 by Wyndham was nothing short of shocking. After a long drive, we expected a comfortable suite. Especially since we paid extra for one. Instead, we walked into a room that was completely unacceptable by any standard. The bathroom sink appeared as though someone had gotten sick in it and it had never been cleaned. The I noticed what looked disturbingly like blood smeared on the door. This wasn't just poor housekeeping, this was a serious sanitation issue. I went straight to the front desk to report what we found and request cleaning. Their response was unbelievable: they told me there were no cleaning staff available and actually OFFERED ME A RAG SO I COULD CLEAN THE MESS MYSELF! When I requested a different room, they refused to accommodate us in any way. This level of neglect and disregard for guests' health and safety is completely unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Please, learn from our experience and DO NOT STAY HERE. This property failed on every basic standard of cleanliness, service, and responsibility.

Front desk unfriendly and did not say a word to us during check in. Not a hello, nothing. There were cigarette burns in the bedding, pet stains and smells from previous pets. The room was hot with a poor functioning air conditioner. I was offered meth and asked if wanted to purchase in the lobby. Not a safe place
