Such a lovely resort. It is a hidden gem! It really is beautiful hotel and grounds. The food was amazing too. The staff are lovely and so helpful. I hope to come back someday!

My sister and I booked 10 days at this resort for our birthday. It was absolutely beautiful and completely relaxing. We will 100% be back. All of the staff were polite and accommodating. The food was delicious and I could get a massage every day…AMAZING!

It’s probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The villa was amazing, the view, the pool, the bathroom which is semi-external. Everything was perfect, the staff will do anything to please you and make your stay the best possible.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time here. Resort is absolutely beautiful with incredible views. It’s well maintained and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Gorgeous, comfortable rooms, fabulous communal pools and great food in the restaurants. Buffet breakfast is really good with a huge variety. A short walk along the beach takes you to a little road where you can find shops selling drinks and snacks for much less than the hotel charges, plus there are stands for roti pancakes (delicious) and fresh fruit smoothies. 50 baht for the pancakes and about 90 for the smoothie. Hotel isn’t cheap by Thai standards but it was for us coming from the UK. It’s a luxury hotel situated on an island so you would expect prices to be higher than other places, but we felt it was still good value. They have people hand carving wooden plaques that you can order and they really are a very special souvenir. Make sure you leave enough time to order as they take two days to make.

Couple - pool villa

My second visit to this hotel booking the private pool villa. My wife was rather uncomfortable for most of our stay as the air con is locked so it does not allow below 22C. Given that we paid £350 per night we weren't too happy to be uncomfortably warm. Would recommend fixing this as every other hotel provides it even a hotel were we paid just £35 per night. The hotel was beautiful & food was delicious. We didn't like the whole QR code ordering as standard - was a hassle to get a physical menu as they seemed to be in short supply. The thai dance and yoga classes were not actually ever available during our stay despite the schedule showing as available. In the photo does it look like there is a Thai dance class at 11am on Tuesday?

First and foremost the staff the works at the hotel was great but the problem I have is the first night I was attacked by bedbugs they cleaned the rooms and was attacked again by bedbugs the next night was transfer to another room 3am in the morning and was attacked by bedbugs again on top of all that I was scared to go to sleep so from Sunday to Tuesday I had a total of 6 hours of sleep also it’s no night life traveling off the island after 5 is a no u are stuck on or off the island at 5

Great for a short visit

Beautiful views stunning hotel but there were a few issues. I would 100% recommend this hotel for a short stay, we booked 8 nights and regretted it as after 3-4 nights it gets really boring and expensive, beer 260baht plus tax, the different restaurants are all very similar menus. The only way around is by the shuttle service as it’s so steep but this is regular and we were never waiting more than 5 min. We paid extra for the supreme sea view with a bath on the balcony absolutely a waste of money all rooms face the sea as far as we could tell. But the balcony itself needed attention, I did not want to risk using the bath as the flooring was loose. Positives This is a high end stunning hotel with beautiful views, and stunning sunsets. The beach is wonderful good for swimming the infinity pool is gorgeous. Breakfast is good with stunning views. We walked into the village most evenings and ate twice at together restaurant which was good value the food was great. We used the local boat guy on the beach and paid 500baht for a long boat for the day to take us to the national park. We left a day early as we needed to be at Phuket airport for 8am the cost of the private transfer was very high. So instead we left via taxi to the main marina 20min and took a boat to Phuket city 30min stayed overnight which was cheaper and we got to do the night market.

Great stay

We asked for upgrade so we stayed in villa with seawater pool. It was a real luxury. Staff was perfect and service was excellent. We went for 2 trips. The community trip was unbelievable. We visited a real family and it was great. Transfer from the airport to the hotel and later back to hotel in Phuket was perfectly managed. In hotel there was a big variety of food. The restaurant for breakfast was amazing with beautiful view. All restaurants by the sea were great. All waiters were very friendly. The resort is on hill. But it wasn’t a problem. They have very good way of transport(carts and cars) so we got where we want without walking in the heat.
