Room was clean and the staff was so friendly. The outside pool was enjoyable we didn’t make it to the indoor pool because we only stayed 2 nights but was pleased with the option incase we got rained out of outdoor activities. Will definitely stay again.

Great place!!

I had an amazing stay at Willow Brook Lodge in Pigeon Forge! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the best parts is the location — it’s right on the Parkway strip, so you can easily walk to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. You don’t even have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to! Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want convenience, comfort, and great service all in one spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had 3 night stay with great friends we met in Florida decided to meet and stay here because we have stayed multiple times with this hotel and know what to expect each time. Great walking distance to many attractions. They also have great pool area for the kids and great breakfast buffet options for free. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Will continue staying here in the future.

This property is as advertised. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. I would stay there again possibly, the only concern was the bed. It was lacking. The mattress was too hard and could have used a topper or something. House keepers were excellent and room was always super clean, well stocked towels and linen! Honestly if the bed was better I would say 5 stars!

Hello, Willow Brook Lodge and thank you for providing such a nice little getaway for us this past week! We picked this place at random and we are so glad we did! We weren't disappointed with a single thing. First impressions at check always set the tone for our stay and it was great to see staff who seem like they are glad to see you! Our room was very clean and inviting. Sheets and towels snow white, and lots of fluffy pillows. Mini fridge and microwave worked well, as did the AC. We came not for the attractions, but mainly to hang out at the hotel, and it was a very pleasant environment. The weather wasnt quite warm enough for us to use the pool, but they have a nice indoor one overlooking the river out back. We smoke, and nice smoking areas were provided. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage and gravy biscuits along with the usual continental items. We just really enjoyed the stay and wish it could have been longer! Hope to see you again soon!😀
