Bueno el hotel es súper viejo , aparte de eso a mi hija le cayó la tapa del ventilador de techo y casi le parte la cabeza . Lo informe al personal del hotel y no hicieron nada. El desayuno fatal y un día nos dejaron sin comer .

Room is not what was posted in the Internet. Thermostat was only working in the living room and not in the bedroom bathroom floors had all water marked like if it was leaking for a long time and the most important the sofa bed that pulls out was broken We had to pull out the mattress to sleep on the floor because the springs wouldn’t come out.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful. Beds were okay. The lobby was clean and nice. The breakfast was bad. We stayed for several days and it was same everyday. They should change some menu in breakfast after 2 days or so.

This was not a"fancy" place to stay but it was clean, the suite room was more than adequate, the breakfast and options for breakfast were great. The employees were very nice and helpful, there was plenty of parking, and i've felt safe for me and my grandchildren. I would definitely stay again

I have been coming to the Smokys for years and have stayed at many places on the strip. This by far is our favorite and we will definatly be staying here again. Was quiet, breakfast was great, especially gravy and biscuits. Room was very clean and loved having the kitchen

The suite was very spacious and clean. The ceiling fan in the room was a very loud so we were unable to use it and the bedroom stayed warm as there was no vent in there and would have been more comfortable if the fan could be used. The room should lots of wear but overall wasn't a bad place.

Good stay there. The entrance driveway is a little tricky to figure out. My only complaint would be the parking, parking is on sides of building but steep steps to get inside.
