This was our second time staying at the property, and we would stay there again. The room configuration works well for a family of four, including two teenagers. It is nice to have an actual bedroom and a small kitchen. Although the property is older, it is clean and quiet. The property is located at the southern end of Pigeon Forge, which makes it convenient to get to Smoky Mountains National Park and the hiking trails. Breakfast had the same options everyday, but a decent variety that included waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, mini donuts, mini muffins, yogurt, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit (bananas or apples), milk, coffee, and juice. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It was fine for what it was. Definitely needs some upkeep - bad paint job, cracked tiles in the bathroom, etc. Towels had blood stains. Some weird stain was on the mattress of the pull out couch... looked like paint.

The place is out dated but fairly clean and super nice staff. The space is the reason I booked. It was 2 bedrooms set up like an apartment or condo, and convenient to everything.

The property is an older structure that has been renovated. It is still a good motel. The first thing I notice, wherever I stay, is the cleanliness, and this motel is very clean. We have stayed at All Seasons several times and will continue to support this establishment.

Wouldn’t stay again

Waited 25 minutes in lobby at 9pm at night because no one at desk. Rang bell, called multiple times with no answer. When clerk finally did arrive, no apologies or explanation and was very short with rude demeanor. Room was humid and thermostat off so was 79 degrees when entering room. Found a pill that appeared to be aspirin on floor next to bed. Light bulbs on wall next to bed had extremely thick layer of dust. Bed is quite firm but not terrible. Several pillows provided but are super thin, nearly disposable hospital quality.

The location was great and it was easy to get a trolley to Dollywood at the station just down the hill. The little town down the hill was also lovely. The room itself was semi-renovated (the sitting area and bedroom were fine but the kitchen was still a bit tired). The areas in the stairwell were damp and musty smelling and some of the other areas just needed a bit of tending to in terms of sprucing them up - eg. the siding on the building and the mats and cobwebs on the fencing around the pool... Not big deal items, but things that would make the overall property nicer. The air conditioner also made a lot of noise in the night and the bed and pillows were hard. The staff were friendly and helpful though! I would probably stay here again for the location and free breakfast.
