This hotel was fantastic! Everyone was kind and available when needed. The facility was clean and comfortable. We had a suite with a bedroom with 2 queens and the sofa bed in the living room and kitchenette. It was perfect for our familiy of 5 to spread out and not feel on top of each other. We will definitely be back!

This is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge! Bathrooms are in need of updating but other than that, it is a nice place to stay. Beds are super comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast in the mornings was reheated from previous days. The TV in our bedroom did not work, we asked multiple times to get it fixed and no one came to even look at it. Room was not cleaned one time the whole week we were there.

31st anniversary weekend

We had a nice fellow check us in the only complaints i have were itbwas very cold weather and one night the jeat wouldn't go above 66 degrees . Plus I didnt like the tub it wass narrow and the water wasnt as hot as i am used to. They do have breakfast there butnwe chose to eat out just for fun but im sure the breakfast was good at the hotel.
