I am sure this was quite a show piece in its heyday. The motel was fairly clean but is an older and faded. The picture shown on Expedia site must be at least 15 years old. The price was too high for this dated of a motel. There was siding loose and coming off the building. I killed a couple roaches in the room. There was a musty smell in the room. There were no power outlets for USB devices.

The room was in very poor condition. Holes in the wall, stained/dirty walls and surfaces. It was clean, but very poorly maintained for a "suite". This room should not have been offered to guests until repaired. It was clean, however. Breakfast was included and ok. Not much variety, the gravy was watery but the sausage was good and they have waffle makers so if was fine.

We got the 2 bedroom suite which also had 2 bathrooms. It was only one night but perfect for us and our family's needs. While it was a little outdated, it was very clean. Free breakfast was like most that are free from other chain hotels. Would definitely stay again

Okay, don’t expect a Hilton and you won’t be disappointed. I was traveling with 1 other adult in our 40’s, a 2 month old, a 2 yr old, a 3 yr old, a 17 yr old and an 18 yr old. We had the king suite with 2 queen beds. There was plenty of room for us to have our space, and still be able to hangout (what little we were in the room). Could the rooms be update? Probably so, but it was by no means a deal breaker. No funny smells or bugs (like I read in other reviews). Breakfast both days was hot and good: sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, and cereal. The beds had just been replaced, that was clear from the old mattresses being in the dumpster area, which I guess could be cleaned up, but again, not a deal breaker. Not their fault when the trash runs. 5 minutes to Dollywood, and other attractions as well as plenty of food options nearby, also a couple miles from a food city. Don’t hesitate, book the room, you won’t be disappointed!
