We ended up leaving this hotel after being initially placed in one room that smelled like cigarettes, and being placed in another room where the crack under the door to the adjoining room was so large that you could easily put your hand underneath. The property itself is not very clean. The walkways outside both rooms were covered in bird poop. The employees were nice and did facilitate our refund when we asked for one, but also seemed very unphased by us telling them about the big security issue we had in our last room. We had staid here a few years ago and had a positive experience; it seems to have gone downhill.

The hotel was being remodeled they were working on both sides of my room pretty much from daylight past dark. I reached out to the general manager to discuss it he never even returned the email, we should have been told when we booked the reservation to expect all the noise, then we would have went somewhere else.. as far as I'm concerned they owe me compensation for the pure aggravation and not being able to relax.

Disappointing Stay Due to Noise Issues Our stay at this hotel was frustrating due to excessive noise. People were running around outside our room until 1 AM, making it impossible to get our 2-year-old grandbaby to sleep. At 10:30 PM, we called the front desk about a group loudly laughing and playing a TV at full volume outside, but their response had no effect. Despite being told they would address the issue, the noise continued for hours. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest, this may not be the best choice.

Nice place for family.

Room was nice, mostly updated, except for bathroom. 3 queen beds was nice for falimy of 6 to all be together. Indoor pool was nice to have but didn't get to use.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Could use an upgrade. It needs new electric outlets and areas for cellphone chargers and mobile internet access. Spectrum is not mobile internet able Pool area was clean and functional and very relaxing. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
