We’ve stayed here every weekend for around 5 years now! It’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed here the 28 years we’ve been coming to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg! (I was raised here as much as my hometown) be sure to stay here and book! The breakfast is awesome also!

Enjoyed our stay. Balcony view was of river. The sights and sounds of the river were soothing. There were little critters running around, which was pleasant to watch as we relaxed on the balcony listening the sounds of the mini river rapids. The room was very clean, nice size with all the amenities including full size fridge, stove top, microwave, coffeemaker dishes and utensils. The front desk associate upon check in was great! He was informative and checked in with us to make sure all was good. Close to everything. And right between Gatlinburg and Sevierville!!! On the flip side..… The bank of the River in the building we were in was all dirt. Seemed as if it was not maintained The view when looking out beyond the river was the back of another hotel chain. Not appealing. Plus it sits adjacent to a campground. Everyone was pleasant but it was not expected. Especially that close. The breakfast was nice in size but was not to our liking. The breakfast staff was not pleasant, didn’t smile, didn’t speak or make eye contact. Overall it was a very nice stay in a great location at a great price. .

Likes: Covered parking on lower level, elevator in parking area going up to rooms, not new but clean, balcony overlooking river and RV park, but very quiet. Two queen beds separated by sink and mirror and wall in the middle of the room gives you privacy from either bed, with separate TVs and remotes. Office is across the street, where they have a big dining room with free, good breakfast buffet. Very friendly desk clerks. You can use text to request towels, trash removal, etc. You can check out on site sent to you in text message. Will definitely stay again.

Family of 4 stayed 3 nights. The balacony overlooking the river was awesome. The hotel offers free tube rentals to float down the river. Our kids loved it. Conveniently located at the end of pigeon forge strip, making getting to gatlinburg or the national park very easy. Room was clean.

Very relaxing

Great location right on the creek. Scenic views from porch balcony. Conveniently located halfway between Gatlingburg and Dollywood. Would definitely recommend!
