Our room was spacious and clean. I’m 100% disabled veteran. I told the booking agent that when I ordered the room and when I got there, we want up in a regular room on a third floor which made life very difficult getting in and out. I just wished that they had taken the moment to ensure that a handicap room was available or I wouldn’t have gone someplace else other than that everything went well.

The property is a good location. However, it needs some update. Our room bathroom had a water leak, and water comes down from the sink. I called maintenance and they send someone to fix it. They were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

The room was clean, amenities provided as stated. The toilet in our room could use tightening or shims as it was a bit wobbly but overall the room was great for the price. The area was very busy as was the hotel and breakfast but the hotel staff managed to keep up with the breakfast crowd and the food was decent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - even bringing us an iron and ironing board when requested! Breakfast was good, there was plenty of it, and it was served with a smile! Our room was very clean and, though it showed a little normal wear and tear, overall it was well cared for. Our balcony was nice and a great place to watch the ducks and geese that were always swimming in the creek. It’s not a fancy place to stay, and is right in town, but I would recommend it 100% if you’re wanting an affordable, clean and friendly place to be your home base as you enjoy all the area has to offer.

The hotel was far from what was advertised. Check in is at 4. Couldn't even get into the "first available" room until almost 5p after driving from another state. Reviews talk about a quiet place and such...if you consider quiet the sound of go carts running all day long. Only ever been this disappointed by one other place. Hotels.com...this is the second booking I've made based on ratings that has turned out to be a complete bust and I have lost significant money on both. Considering no longer using this app.

Our room was in the 2nd building across the river. The views were nice, location was close to all the action, parking wasn't bad. Our room was large but the AC unit only cooled one bedroom. There was no table and chairs but nice rockers on the balcony. Building is older but refurbished and clean. We got it for a great price for a major holiday so kudos for that!
