The wall where the shower head was at had a huge crack in it that looked like someone unlicensed tried to just put some plaster on it but didn’t know what they were doing . At breakfast I asked one of the workers to clean the dirty table off and she just wiped with a napkin. No wipe and no all purpose or disinfectant spray. Also the bathroom has live bugs crawling which means they need an exterminator. Seems like the property is family operated

Waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk so we could check in. I had already paid for the room but they charge $50 that you’re supposed to get back at check out… which of course they never give back. It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel yet a strong smell of weed comes through the bathroom vent that only goes away if you run the vent for 20 minutes. The shower door completely unscrewed and we had to attach it back. At least the room was clean. Parking is horrible, can’t find a single spot until the restaurant right next to it closes. Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about. Was here for a wedding and it was the only place we could get. Wasn’t horrible, but won’t be back.

I picked this hotel because it had good reviews for being clean. Our room was not. There was hair in the bed, on the toilet, in the shower and on the floors. The bed had stains on top and in the sheets. The bathroom floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. My kids and I felt so uncomfortable I had to ask for more sheets to just put on top of the bed because we were not sleeping under the sheets. I also put sheets on the floor to just walk on. I wish I could upload pictures because it was just disgusting. There was also a toenail on the bed stand, not sure how that was missed. I worked in the hotel business for years and this gets cleaned and then checked by the head housekeeper. This is just lazy, never again.

The room was clean but Staff responsiveness to customers was unsatisfactory. Each time you needed someone you had to wait forever for help. Also location of hotel is in a very crowded area. If you’re looking for privacy it will be very tough to come by.

Room was good. Fairly clean. There’s a thin sheet and a monster comforter. It’s hard to get comfy under these. The breakfast was better than expected. Eggs, though powdered or whatever. But hot waffles and sausage. Good enough to fill you up. Parking here is tough. There is a fire station nearby so expect some sirens.
