Overall good

Fair price for average hotel room, we had the river view which was great. Overall the room fit our needs but the mattress and my back were not friends. Indoor pool & jacuzzi were fine. Breakfast was repetitive and bland but free. Clean, no bugs.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people talking and flushing the toilet next door to us. We also heard a baby crying in the room on the opposite side of us. It’s ok for a quick stay, but wouldn’t recommend any longer than two days. The staff was super nice & accommodating. The river complete with geese and ducks were nice. Watch out for bird poop in the parking lot!

The staff is very friendly! The room was really nice and clean. The air circulated very well. (This is super important for me.) This was my 3rd time staying here. Each room has been good. One room looked more dated but overall the rooms have been good. I’ll definitely stay again.

Cleanliness was a 50/50 shot of been clean or dirty. The bathrooms weren't extremely dirty, but multiple bugs were found throughout our stay. The bed had multiple smudges on the sheets. The breakfast selection is pretty small, which isn't a total loss, but still. Minor inconvenience, but the remote for the TV was not properly connected as buttons straight up didn't work. The wifi was probably the biggest inconvenience, as it kicks you from connection after about an hour or so. It wasn't a BAD stay, but it definitely SHOULD have been better.

Walkable to restaurants and the staff at front desk were very pokite and helpful. Only negative was the breakfast. I was really looking forward to making a waffle! Lol. The grandkids loved the indoor pool!

Used to be our favorite place :(

We used to stay here for years… this time it was not the greatest unfortunately. We got there around 10pm with two small children. So, needless to say we were all tired. We get to our room and there is an odor. My son goes into the bathroom and the ceiling was leaking brown water (huge area where he almost slipped). They offered us a king size with pull out or a room right by pool that the warned us would be loud and strong smell of chlorine. We chose king. The pull out aofa is not what you would think. It was thinner than a normal one! (I mean THIN to the point my 7 year old son was complaining of his back hurting. My husband and I were so surprised by all of this. We have stayed there since we were in high school… the lady at the front desk was very nice and so was maintenance man. It’s just sad to see how the place is now after skipping 2 years of not staying there.

We stay here Everytime we come to town everyone is so nice great place to stay. When they say there pool is warm they r right it is a very warm pool. Not cold at all the hot tub is great

We had high hopes at first. Looked clean, friendly service, great location in the middle of it all. Unfortunately, our biggest complaint was the noise. We could hear our neighbors above and beside us. There weren’t being too noisy, just walking, dropping things, closing doors. The beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable either and low water preassure. Breakfast didn’t have many options. No bagels fresh fruit or waffles. Only 3 hot options. What we did eat was good. If it were a low price, I’d stay here again for a night. Not sure I’d pay too much though.
