It was close to everything we did and what i didn't like there waa a lamp that didn't work the bed were to hard and housekeeper never came to give us clean towels

The location was good, right on the strip in pigeon forge The pictures online are differently not what they look like We had several rooms booked here for out group We was all a little disappointed when we got there I wouldn't say i will never stay there again but this would be my last option There is no room service so if you need towels or toilet paper or whatever you have to go to the front desk and get it It was ok but was not anything to get excited about

Nice motel, comfortable all, and affordable.

I actually enjoyed staying here. It was priced well. The room was comfy, the bed was pleasant to sleep on, the AC blew cold, the shower was nice and hot. There were a few cons. The first one is that your right next to a family fun center, which may turn some folks off. The bathroom does need some remodeling and some repairs. Not a deal breaker for me. It was clean though. The only other thing, and I know this happens sometimes, the room was clean, yes, but the fridge was not cleaned out from the previous guest. Again, not a deal breaker for me. It wasn't anything gross, but still. Overall, I wouldn't here again with no problems.

Overall a good experience.

Smelled clean, was visually clean and pleasant although older and well-used establishment. Damage to door and a few things in the room but didn't affect usability. Provided towels, bar of soap, shampoo and lotion (1 of each in room for 3 people). Gave more towels when asked. Desk available only certain hours but very nice worker. . Ice machine was handy. Small fridge and small single use coffee maker in room. Pool was clean and pleasant. No breakfast or coffee available in lobby but wasn't advertised. 1 small pillow per person. Bed is soft. Biggest complaint was thinness of walls. We heard every word people in surrounding rooms said and was kept awake by noise and partying/drunkenness next door. Sound from go-kart track next door was minimal. Easy check in, easy check out. Overall a good experience and would stay again but during busy season as parking was tight.

Never again, lesson learned!

The room was well below what we expected. It was so very dirty and had spiders on the walls. Stains all over the carpets. We did not walk in the room barefoot. Refrigerator was in poor condition as was the microwave. We were so disappointed and dissatisfied. We will never stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone. We wanted to ask for a vacuum to clean the floor but didn’t want to embarrass anyone. This made our weekend getaway a bad experience!!!

The accessibility to our room was amazing, with front door parking. The property is old but clean and in mostly good repair, but starting to show its age on the outside. The room was pet friendly but there were no smells or anything from previous pets. Good working A/c. The walls were a little thin so we could hear everything outside, but it wasnt too loud of an area. Walking distance to a Duncan's and a go cart track, as well as food. The bed was a bit hard but the mattress was in good shape with no evidence of bugs and no stains. The stagf was friendly and efficient. Would recommend and would stay again!

Hotel needs updating. The refrigerator in our room didn't work, but they're was no one in the office to tell. We lost our dinner due to the heat and no fridge.

It is not the best but certainly not the worst hotel. There is no elevator, just a ramp and my handicapped mother was put on the 2nd floor. Could use some updating. It is a very convenient location.

Great weekend stay !

Great weekend getaway. The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was nice and the staff were great. This is an older motel but it is clean, safe, and very quite at night.

I will never stay here again. There is no one on site to deal with situations after hours. You call the property and manage to get someone and they tell you no one is there to do anything about it.

We ended up having to switch our reservation and Expedia helped us book here. They were kind enough to waive the deposit because of our situation! I will definitely be staying here again. Staff was friendly. Was in a good location. There is a go kart place next door but it wasn’t to loud and they closed semi-early. Pool was nice! And everything was close if you needed something! Room was nice, beds were comfy.
