We had a great experience. This isn't the newest or fanciest hotel but it is clean, safe and relatively quiet. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillow as the ones provided were very thin. Other than that we had a great 3 night stay and would definitely book again next time we're in the area.

The property was next to a 24/7 gas station and next to plenty of shopping and attractions. The property itself was in good condition but we found multiple bugs during our stay, continually we found beetles and spiders within the bathroom. Staff was excellent and very friendly as well as helpful. Also keep in mind that there is no housekeeping for our 6 day stay either.

Did not like it at all left at 9 am Saturday morning.When we first got in the room the beds had stains on the bedspreads which turned out to be urine,the shower would not work properly ,a couple rooms down there was a guy smoking pot in a non smoking roomand at 7:30 Saturday morning we had someone trying to break in the room.So no I will not ever be staying there again and will tell everyone I know about the place .I should get a refund for the night I didnt stay.Also the walls in the place beside the bed were black looking just filthy.

We enjoyed our stay. We were a late check in so no one was in the office. I called to let them know and they left us a packet on the door with our information for our room. The room was very spacious and clean. It is an older hotel so don’t go in expecting the Ritz. We will definitely be staying again!

We dropped our teenage daughter and her boy friend off at Dollywood and wanted a place to stay while waiting on them. We book a room with them and it was a good value as it was fairly cheap and clean and used to wi-fi to get some work done. We did not stay the night but it was good for our needs.

Birthday getaway

Have stayed here several times and I have never had any major complaints. The beds could be more comfortable but they aren't horrible. Staff very accommodating with trying to get me a ground floor room due to limited mobility. Very reasonable in price.

AWFUL

I don't even know where to start with this. I understand that at $63 for a night it will not be amazing but this is unacceptable in my opinion. Got to town for a graduation & really wanted to freshen up before going. Check-in is at 3pm. By 3:45pm the room was still not ready so we didn't get to freshen up. We got back really late & when entering our room I thought it had to be a joke. Stains on the sheets, white stain (I can only imagine what it was) on the top blanket, killed roughly 9 bugs that were on the sheets, the shower did not work, the fan in the bathroom just about fell out of the ceiling when it got turned on, there was mold & mildew in the shower, multiple holes in the ceiling that honestly looked like small bullet holes (I'm assuming that's not what they were) & the door barely locked. The office was closed & I could not get a hold of anyone. Absolutely horrible experience! I'd love to get my money back considering one of my family member's slept in the car because he was so grossed out. Please don't stay here!!
