This is my favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. It is clean, beautiful and so much fun. If you need anything Chloe Wilson is the best! But I can really brag on everyone! Great short vacation. Can’t wait to return. I would love to go in the summer sometime to take advantage of the pool and outside areas.

The hotel was beautiful and clean but “resort” is the last word I would use to describe this hotel. The problem with The Island is it isn’t only the people staying there. They allow everyone in that is visiting pigeon forge but cannot accommodate the amount of people. Even though there is a hotel inside of the hotel, they will allow everyone to eat there so people who are staying in the hotel have to wait 3 hours to eat. I went to the front desk multiple times to ask for help to find food and the answer they gave me was “sorry, it’s hell week”. They do not offer a breakfast and the restaurants are already full. So we didn’t eat breakfast the entire week we were there. We thought we would settle for coffee and go to the Starbucks, but same problem. We ordered our coffee and then stood against the wall and waited an entire hour for them to make the coffee. The whole trip was waiting waiting waiting and no benefit or special treatment for staying in a “resort” that had zero extras included and also cost 4 times the amount of our Mexico trip. We will never come back here.

Was our first time staying at the island and Margaritaville. Hotel is really clean and the pool and hot tub were super clean as well. The parking is kind of a decent walk considering your paying for it. Between having to pay for parking everyday and a daily resort fee this will probably be a one and done staying here for us. It just isn't worth the extra fees considering it's mainly just a typical hotel with a bar and pool and hot tub which pretty much all resorts around the country have now

The resort is beautiful & spotless. We enjoyed the fireplace as well. Valet service was very fast! Our room did not get completely dark or quiet during the night because we had one over looking the village. I guess the lights & music stay on all night in the village area. Our room did not have extra blankets or pillows in the closet. We could have used both during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful stay!
