We would stay at this location again but unfortunately we would not rent from this owner again. The location is nice and the property well kept. The owner was also easy to communicate with. The room was nice but the floors could have been cleaner. There was also a very strong smell of cigarettes eventhough the room was a 'non-smoking' room. We left the door to the balcony open almost the whole time and all of our stuff still smelled like cigarettes when we got home.

Close to everything!

I love all the kid friendly things to do right at the resort. Room smelled a little like cigarette smoke but other than that everything was great.

Overall it was a great stay. Perfect location and plenty to do. The property was clean and smelled nice (which is important to me). I will say that I was not happy about my sister's ADA service dog being refused. I do know the laws about businesses being unable to do this as it is illegal. Upon arriving it was interesting to find that the property itself was very open to pets. There were pet parks and paths for your fur babies and my sister who is a disabled veteran struggled without her working service animal. Beside this issue, I would say its a great place to stay.

Disappointing

We were in town for a dance competition at Le Conte. We enjoyed the close proximity of the convention center and other fun activities. The spa/resort was nicely maintained and my girls loved the lazy river. I enjoyed the fresh coffee in the lobby each morning. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see the grills were completely unplugged and non-functioning. I had pre-planned and had groceries delivered to grill out and not having the grills resulted in wasting food as the unit does not have an oven. I would suggest removing the grills as an amenity if they are non-operational. Also, upon arrival we noticed a severe cigarette smoke smell from the shared hallway. Unfortunately, I realize this is out of the owners control; however, the smell only increased in intensity and severity as the week went on. So much so that our dance costumes reeked of cigarette smoke once we were at the convention center (costumes that are hundreds of dollars). For the duration of our stay, any time we left the condo, all of our clothes, hair etc smelled of cigarette smoke. Brad responded and attempted to mitigate the smell in the hall which we appreciated but it was honestly horrendous. We ended up leaving one day early because we could not take it anymore. We were refunded our last night's stay. We are considering re-booking the spa for next year but will likely book with the resort directly as if we had done so for this trip, we could have requested to be moved.

Overall the condo was very clean and nice. Our boys loved the lazy river in the complex. Our only complaint was that we had half a roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag, hadn’t planned on bringing those things.

Get away

The resort is nice. We enjoyed the lazy river although I feel they could have kept it cleaner. ( duck poop everywhere, and smell was horrible ) They need to add more chairs. Small area for such a big resort.The condo was nice was as advertised. Two beds in the bedroom was great to have.Could use some updates.The owner/host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

The place was clean and nice but some how we didn't have a good hot water in shower after 5 minutes the water in shower got cold. We contacted to the owner he was nice and sent his maintenance guy twice but he said everything is fine. The fireplace was not quite working. Also it needs to put more mirrors in the unit. There was just one mirror in the bathroom and it was not enough.

NQC Trip

Overall rating is fair, terrible check in process with front desk. We’ve stayed at several other condos in this resort and they have always left our check in information in our condo upon arrival. I would suggest the owner’s change to this process. It was a tiring trip to get there, it would have been much more helpful to arrive at the condo with our information in hand before we got there without having to stop at the front desk and deal with people who had no idea what was going on.

This condo was so nice!

We would definitely go back! The kids loved the lazy river, the view from the back is nice, overlooking water and then downtown Pigeon Forge. It was great for our little getaway. The only issue is that the pillow jumper was not open most of the time, we weren’t sure why no rain or anything. Location is very close to Pigeon forge and close to a walking path that takes you down by the water where you can fish or explore. The owner of the property was very receptive and got back to me quickly. 100% recommend!
