Condo offers, unique opportunity to watch the waves and sunsets from right on the beachfront, along with a pool and spa in the gated community. Pismo State Beach, Pismo Pier, downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment all adjacent to the gated condo complex. The living room includes fireplace, wireless internet and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player. Gourmet Kitchen. Dining room seats 8. Washer/dryer. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, with the half bath located downstairs. Primary has a king size bed, in suite bath and balcony with spectacular ocean views. Second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Large deck with gas BBQ and patio furniture w/ umbrella. Fully furnished with all amenities.
