I understand that this hotel and many in the immediate area cater to long-term stays, mostly employees in the natural gas industry. The parking lot is filled with trucks from Halliburton and other gas companies. Perhaps because of this, there is no room service except 1 times a week. That's OK, we were only there a few nights. Regardless, the staff was friendly and helpful. What was uncomforable about this hotel were the accomodation. The bed had a huge dip in the center and we could not get comfortable. The air conditioning is loud...really loud. Both these things led to neither of us getting a good night's rest for 3 straight nights. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was nice and clean. Few things to note, there is no breakfast, just coffee. Maybe I should have checked more carefully but I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t offer any kind of breakfast at all. The other thing is they must allow area businesses to park their work trucks, mostly very large pickups, in their parking lot. The parking lot was almost always full of different company vehicles but it seemed like the hotel was pretty empty and the trucks never moved. There were only a few spots for guests to park and they weren’t in convenient places. Hard when you have to carry luggage and pack up your car. The hotel is in a convenient location, so luckily we didn’t have to go too far for breakfast.

you pay all that extra money for the amenities just to sleep on an old uncomfortable lopsided mattress. very frustrating. the window sill was so dirty just covered in dirt and there was an empty box of tissues in my room. $170 for this. and they’re understaffed. where is all that money even going? what a joke. it just goes from bad to worse: getting into bed and there was a hot fry on the floor next to my bed. before i said this was bad but this is actually pathetic. i went to the front desk and while Janet was very nice she said very firmly she could not move me to another room. if i had paid $100 for this room i might not mind. but i deliberately picked the more expensive option because i wanted a comfortable mattress and they couldn’t even get that very basic thing right. this hotel is a scam.

Worst mattress ever

Rude staff and the room was not clean. Worst part of the stay was definitely the mattress…we could not sleep and ended up leaving the hotel early because the mattress was so uncomfortable.
