This place is PERFECT all around. The place is clean, food is great, and all staff were SUPER friendly. The only thing to note was is took 30 minutes to get our car from valet at check out. They only had two drivers working on a Sunday morning, so it was severely understaffed. Although it took long and the drivers were (literally) sprinting around, they maintained a friendly, good spirited attitude. I will be staying here every time!!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family. Everything was wonderful! Only thing that wasnt so well was we went down for breakfast at 955am and it was already over. But overall was great!

This has to be the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered. The food was great and the beds are super comfy! I loved the cucumber water that was offered all day too. Best hotel I've stayed at and will definitely return when I'm in Pittsburgh.

The hotel overall was great. Very clean and safe were super friendly. Only bad review was the valet. Requested car at 5:30 am, went downstairs at 5:45am and the valet attendant was in booth sleeping. For the price of the valet a day, it should be high quality.

Over booked the hotel and sent us to their secondary property 20 mins away from where we booked. Staff downgraded us from the suite we booked back in Nov. Valet left my truck unlocked and were rude. Great for location to the Pitt area, Beds are terrible and hotel is out of date.

Amazing staff and hotel

The staff here were absolutely amazing. We showed up pretty early, 930am~ and even though they couldn't make early check-in happen for us, busy weekend multiple conferences and other events going on, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Let us kind of set up in the lounge off to the side of the lobby and even gave us the remote for the tv and some coloring materials to help entertain my little one.Brie took a liking to my lottle guy and made sure to make him feel right at home. 100% will be staying here again if i find myself in Pittsburgh again.

It was a great location with free breakfast and lunch. It took them 3 days to replace our microwave and they did not make our beds, but they did comp a night of our room for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a good stay!

2 night stay (Penguins games)

From the moment we arrived, the staff was on point. From the valet service, to the the front desk check-in, as well as the service workers in the dining areas. We were checked in by Heather (General Manager) She was outstanding, not only during the check-in, but every other time i needed assistance. We were able to upgrade to a suite for a very minimal fee, and also given free drink coupons, along with free breakfast and dinner buffets. Ive never had a hotel offer so much. We picked this hotel due to the close proximity to the PPG arena, and the other good reviews. If you're going to PPG, this place is perfect to stay, its only a few minutes walk, very convenient. My only issue was that the suite room appeared very dated, hopefully they upgrade it in the near future. Overall, id highly recommend this hotel.
