It is within easy walking distance to Point Park University. I chose to include their breakfast option with our reservation. I was very pleased with their menu. The staff was very professional and happy to help us.

Finally made to a pens and pirates game

Was in town for Penguins and Pirates game. Both are less than a mile walk. Plenty of places to eat in the area whether you are looking for fine dining or your classic dive bar with solid pub food. Staff is friendly and helpful regarding things to do. I never ate at the hotel so no comment made there. Parking is across the street so that can be a pain if you have a lot of luggage. I would stay again.
