I loved this hotel, our room was so cool, so well done from linens to a great bed and bath. I was a little disappointed in the lack of friendliness of the desk staff. Other than this, price was perfect and central location was a big plus!

This was my second stay there Amazing front desk people--Jamie and Andrew the first time I went. Yesterday was Andrew and met Cameron. They are all so friendly and didn't mind chatting with me. The hotel is beautiful, clean, rooms great. Dining room met Roberto and Ashley-- again very friendly. Food amazing!! See you again in a couple of weeks. I'm from upstate NY and my mother recently was moved to a nursing home in Pittsfield. So happy I found your hotel to stay at when I go to visit her⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice stay at the property, the rooms are huge… the wooden floors do creek a bit so you can hear people walking around but if you don’t mind that, it’s a pretty cool hotel, nicely decorated.

Great but noisey on Saturday nights

This is my second time staying and I love the attention to detail. However I happened to be there on a Saturday in room 202 and I could hear the dj music in my room till 1 am. This seems like it will be a regular Saturday night thing in the dining room. I would inquire about the quietness of your room if you stay on a Saturday. Other than that no complaints

The hotel is beautiful. Great look with old world charm but updated amenities. They refurbished the antique floors but they are very noisy and you can hear other guests walking around in other rooms. The biggest issue for me was the road noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor but the road noise was excessive . I’d recommend asking for a room in the back of the hotel unless they are able to soundproof the windows better.

A MUST-STAY!!!

If you are ever in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, stay here!!! I had a room on the second floor facing North Street. It was luxurious, yet unpretentious, absolutely comfortable, I wanted to move in. The second floor area outside the room is a glorious wide space with a table, sitting area, and books and board games on a shelf. I've included photos. The front desk staff was friendly, informative, and efficient. I had lots of questions and they answered them all. The restaurant in the lobby, which is a separate entity, is also terrific. Very elegant with a mix of affordable and more swanky items. I've included a photo of that as well. Most importantly, I needed a workspace during the day For an hour, and they let me sit at the bar and order a cappuccino. Why didn't I go to a coffee house? Because it was late afternoon and the coffee places in Pittsfield all close at 3 PM! Or thereabouts. Checkout was a breeze. Bottom line: Hotel on North is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed.
