The room was ok, huge pillows, not comfortable to sleep with, The shower water is good and hot and consistant, all soap shampoo and conditioner containers empty, found old soap bar in shower, mold stains in shower. The outside garbage cans were over flowing. it's a place to sleep at a good price. I understand they offer eggs, sausage waffles etc for breakfast

The paint on the wall in the bathroom area was peeling back and was noticeably in poor condition and had not been fixed. There was clearly mold on the silicone seals in the bathtub in the shower. It looks like no one had wiped down the nightstand. There were weird streaks and some splatter on the paint in the actual bed area and the carpets were extremely stained. The staff was nice, but you can tell that they are understaffed and I’m assuming the property manager or whoever owns the building is not taking initiative to do proper preventative maintenance and looking through each room frequently to make sure that they are replenished and kept in good condition. There was empty shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub and that’s supposed to be provided by the hotel. The back of the remote was missing the battery cap the bed skirt was stained. You can tell that there’s not attention to detail so the overall cleanliness and appearance of the room feels poor even though I’m sure someone “cleaned” it.

The staff is always amazing and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast is served daily and special accommodations are fulfilled upon request. I continue to frequent this hotel as it is clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. Thank you Red Lion for your hospitality.

Staff was very good. We discovered that the heater in our room was very loudand made an awful rattling noise. We determined that we would not be able to use it at night. Staff offered another room but we had already unpacked everything and settled in for the night. I requested an extra blanket and the staff was able to get a blanket from another room. The hallways smelled quite bad like animal urine. The overall appearance of this place seemed very dated and definitely needed some remodeling. There also was no venting from the bathroom which i found unusual. The bed and pillows were decent though. The refrigerator, microwave and other amenities seemed to work fine. Overall, we were just happy to have a room to sleep in overnight since the pass was closed.

In Auburn just for a quick family visit, and stayed here. The room was great, the plugs worked, everything was clean, water was hot, staff was really nice, breakfast was very satisfying and good. Check-out time is noon so the extra hour was much appreciated. Has a workout room and a pool. We felt safe and It was quiet and there is an electric car charger right next door. All for a really low price. My husband and I joked about going there for vacation because we were so comfortable.

The property is in need of an upgrade! Sheets were dirty, luckily I brought my own sheets. Rugs worned out, shower and bathroom is not clean and runned down. The smell once stepped in is awful, my goodness. The only positive thing is they had a large 75 TV, that got my mind off how gross the property is. Also, luckily no bed bugs!!
