The hotel was as expected- room was clean. The price could be better however what impressed us most is the honesty of the staff. Accidentally left wallet behind on bed when we went out for the day and upon returning the room service had been done and the wallet was placed nicely on the bed. No money or cards were touched. This impressed us very much and would be the reason we stay again

This building look like it was a motel that the owners tried to spruce up and make it look nice. Someone was smoking marijuana and we could smell it all night and the next morning, from inside of our room. Really small and odd layout. It was ok for one night but I wouldn’t book this one again.

This hotel was clean and friendly staff, but signage and layout is extremely confusing, and the back doors don't work even with key cards. It was so freezing that weekend and frustrating to have to walk all around to the front after trying to get inside closer to my room. The cap was the 6-7am fire alarm and strobe lights with minimal apologies. Made for an overall unpleasant experience, but hopefully that's a rare occurrence.

Clean and well-maintained hotel but with issues

Very clean and well-maintained facilities. There are a lot of amenities. They were having issues with the fire alarm. The fire alarm went off at 11:30pm and then again at 6:45am our first night there. That was incredibly frustrating and disturbed our sleep. There wasn’t any communication from staff about if the alarm was due to an actual fire or false alarm. We obviously checked for indications of fire - smoke, other guests evacuating, actual flames… I had to call the front desk the first time to confirm there was no fire. The second time, the front desk did not answer so we evacuated in our pjs at 6:45am. It was very unpleasant and inconvenient to say the least. We were petrified of it happening again our second night - luckily it did not. The only downside is that the walls are very thin and there is not much soundproofing. The rooms are set up with windows overlooking the building corridor with the bathroom at the back. Completely opposite of most hotel room set ups. Anytime anyone walked by the hallway (which was often) you heard every word clearly. We had some pretty loud neighbours and it was difficult to sleep the first night … in addition to the fire alarm situation.

not the cleanest or most updated (hair in the bathroom). The dryer caught on fire at midnight setting off smoke alarms and frantic loud staff for an hour. Then they went off the next day from a steamy shower. The staff was nice enough and let me cancel the 2nd night. very average hotel.
