The room was in a bad shape, limit clean, very noisy and we were up at 5am because we discovered bed bugs in our bed. We killed 3 bed bugs full of blood... It is UNACCEPTABLE!!! In addition nobody apologize... What a shame!!!

It was very quiet, linens were good, cold bottles of water in frigerator. They maintained most of hotel. Good fitness room. However, we found a girls panties on the arm of a chair in our room that housekeeping missed from someone who stayed prior to us. Big miss ☹️

Our initial room had a strong musty/moldy smell. They did offer 2 other rooms; one of which didn't smell too bad so we took that one. I was very surprised at the general condition considering the cost for the night. The pool was a great amenity and was a big hit but otherwise we wouldn't stay here again unless it was half or less of what we paid, which is closer to what it's actually worth.

Matt at front desk was EXTREMELY helpful making sure our room was ready early for checkin as we had a 4 pm wedding! Unfortunately Room 109s battery in the door broke when we returned and they had to open it for us at 10 pm. We managed but just glad there was 24 hour staff on site!
