Everything was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food options. Pull out couch was not comfortable. We asked for another mattress to double it up and they accommodated us. It was better but not comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay and the resort was perfect for a family with kids. Buffet was actually better than the restaurants we ate at and had lots of choices for everyone’s preferences. Overall well within our expectations for an all-inclusive and lots to do.

We had a great stay at Ocean Riviera. We loved the resort was not enormous and all the amenities were very close. We loved the walk out splash pool outside our room. Highly recommend. The food was fantastic and there are options for everyone either at the buffet or the restaurants onsite. The resort was very safe and family friendly. We would definitely come back!

Our stay was wonderful, the hospitality was excellent, everyone was willing to explain everything to you more than once. There were a lot of of beverages snacks, food especially for kids. The food was excellent every day was something different from different countries. The only negative part of the trip was our room. It was clean. We were given snacks for the children left in our fridge and our water and soft drinks were replenished. However, the fan we had in the room worked at a low setting only the room was very humid and hot even after lowering the AC to its lowest setting. Overall wonderful experience will definitely revisit!

We were scammed and told to pay cash and than when check out came they charged us again. We bought pictures of the kids and they charged the credit card twice for it. The beds were horrible caved in and Cold water for showers and would not change rooms for us. The staff were not helpful and gave us the run around.

I’m not the type of person who usually leaves reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. Ivan (nicknamed “Wall-E,” just like the movie) was hands down the best pool bartender at the resort. He was kind, funny, and always kept the entire bar engaged with great conversation. We went back to his bar every single day because he consistently made the best drinks and brought such positive energy. He offered great drink suggestions and always took the time to talk with us. Whenever Ivan spoke with me and my girlfriend, it felt like we had known him for much longer—maybe because we could switch naturally between Spanish and English. His English was also excellent. Ivan truly elevated our stay, and he deserves recognition for the amazing experience he provided. We will definitely come back, largely because Ivan made us feel so welcome. He is a rare talent, and no other bartender we’ve met compares to the level of service he brings. On top of being incredible at his job, Ivan is a great person and a fantastic dad. I genuinely hope the company recognizes the value he adds. Employees like Ivan are hard to find, and he deserves to be rewarded for the exceptional experience he gives every guest. Ivan left a lasting impression on us.

This was one of or the best tropical vacation I have been on and I’ve been on a few. This hotel is gorgeous and the staff was so very very friendly!! You can’t go wrong with this place it really is paradise!!
