The room was pretty, the air conditioning was not working well. We had the privilege package, however, it didn’t feel like it. The customer service was regular. The only restaurant recommended was their buffet Amaranto. The rest of the food normal. Tacos were not so good. I think it has potential but things could improve. The hotel is big with only 1 train back and forth. Logistics, food and customer service must improve. 3/5 for me

The place was ok, but there was construction on our floor and many pools/sections were closed, so everyone ended up gathering at the same pool/at the beach. Big shoutout to the wonderful (clearly understaffed) personel that went over and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The food section (particularly the Mexican food section) was amazing. Pez Vela and Margarita restaurants are definitely a must for a good dinner.

This resort is pure perfection. This is our 10th time in Mexico and Ocean Riviera Paradise is by far the best hotel we stayed at. The atmosphere, the services, the amenities, the suites and the food are top notch. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, comfy beds , direct service staff are fantastic. Guest service could use a lesson in customer service & how to be polite. The food is ok. Only 2 restaurants were really good. Caribbean & Italian was ok. Breakfast buffet is really good. Most is pretty bland. I would definitely stay again, just don’t expect to get anything from guest services.

Rooms are old, smelly, poorly cleaned, shower barely works, and insects everywhere. Basic items like towels or sheets take up to 10 hours. Staff and management are rude and useless. Complaints are ignored. Everything costs extra money: room service, decent drinks, even restaurant reservations force alcohol purchases at overpriced rates — none of this is clearly disclosed online. We were six families and all had a terrible experience. Even one star is too much. Avoid at all costs.
