Unfortunately we were disappointed. We found 2 roaches in the bathroom, we needed an iron but the front desk said they only have 1 and someone was using it, no be low dryer but the front desk delivered it after asking.

The back outside door was permanently unlocked and there were several times during the evening when a man came up to the third floor and started pounding on a door to “open up before he started to shoot”. This happened in middle of night and our hotel room phone didn’t work to call the front desk and notify them. Overall, I felt unsafe.

Stains, Filth, Harassment

Stains all over bedding including what appeared blood. Hair, fur, and glitter on clearly uncleaned carpet. Called me at MIDNIGHT to harass me about checkin time because they wanted to double book my nonrefundable room when I checked in late. Went home with two bug-bite-appearing welts. Absolutely disgusting, worst hotel experience of my life. Would have left if not for ever hotel in the city being full for the triathlon.

Met the basic need but we got what we paid for

Staff was very friendly and concerned for the guests needs. Property itself was lacking. Stairs needed to reach 2 of the 3 floors and no elevator. Property says Non-Smoking hotel yet the hallways smelt of smoke (and other odors) and there were several cigarette burns in the bedding. Didn't notice the smoke in the room very much. Several of the towels had visible stains - washed yet but the stain was still there. Door to the room stuck - had to force the door open with my shoulder even though unlocked.

Dirty stained towels

The key card wasn’t working, the towels were dirty and stained, the breakfast was very limited and the key to the fridge to get cold breakfast items was lost or lock broken the front desk said. Terrible experience, will never go back again. Don’t recommend.
