Parking was easy and secure. Staff was not helpful when we asked for a pack and play. They said it was put away in storage and I later found out that it was there all along at check in.

My flights were changed by the airlines. I had no control over that. Due to the change I could not make it to the hotel the night of my booking. I called to change my reservation, nothing was available for the night I needed a room and I was still charged for a room for the night that I couldn’t make it to due to my flight change.

Worst service by receptionist Donald

The receptionist Donald was extremely rude,mean and racist. He told us that we can leave the hotel when we asked him for some assistance. I asked him what kind of service is this and he told us that we should leave and go somewhere nice because we are not welcome there. We left right away even after paying for the hotel. I need someone from the corporate to contact me before i take this further

My room smelled like ciggarette so bad it hurt my mothers chest she had no pre-existing conditions it was that bad i went to the desk informed them and they asked if it was okay someone went in there to verify to change me rooms but thrn changed how they preceded to contact me to phone instead. Without me knowing to wait on a call they told me it v was myvfault for not answering my phone and that i would have no leanacy. By night two she could not handle it anymore. I went down to the front desk again they gad us clean out our room at 6 am just to sit in the lobby 30 mins to change rooms. They did not want to accommodate us at all so i went to corporate and im expecting a call back soon. Terrible customer service when making a reasonable request that was out of their ordinary requests.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was clean and staff was nice. The bed and couch were both uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder that was supposed to be attached to my wall was completely broken, so it was constantly falling off. The bathroom door slides and is so loud. I was charged a $250 deposit even though I stayed on a Sunday and there is a sign at the front desk that says “stays Sunday-Thursday require a $100 deposit”. Room was way too expensive for the quality. There’s a Townhomes suites like five minutes away that is way nicer and cheaper.

We have stayed here before and it was great! This time around we didn’t enjoy it. The room itself was great. The pool area had a bunch of kids with two families.. they are splashing, jumping, yelling and throw plastic bottles in pool. One of them broke the plastic glass on entrance door. That wasn’t great hard to enjoy pool area. We also called for extra blanket and pillow but no one ever brought it. Probably won’t stay again
