The rooms are good, but this is a motel and no elevator to all the floors. I lifted my suitcase up to third floor myself. I won’t recommend it.

The lady at the front desk was really rude to me . I’ve been to this hotel twice and never had issues with the staff . But this lady was really grumpy , I didn’t like the tone she was using . Or how she spoke to me . It’s an older lady with glasses . She also switched my deposit price . How did the deposit go from $100 to $250 when I’ve gotten this same room twice already for $100 deposit .& I recently been at this hotel so how did the price just change like that ?She didn’t even give me a clear response when asked about it either . She also didn’t give me clear instructions on where my room was she just said it’s on the second floor so I had to walk all the way around the hotel just to find my room . She also was way nicer to the white ppl that came in Vs how she treated me . She even scolded me multiple times when I would ask questions . I don’t know what her problem was but she seemed very mean and very racist . That’s not how you should greet people at all . Regardless of their skin color . It literally took me almost 10 mins just to check in !!! It shouldn’t be so much work to just check me into my room how they always do . Overall I had a 4/10 experience this time around . It could’ve went way smoother if she would just be welcoming & nice .
