Room as very good beds were perfect. But fromt desk was not very helpful and I had to go down to get a plunger with no housekeeping available the first use in the room. And I had to wait for it in the reception area. Only one person there who was bringing back empty luggage card from rooms.

Clean room, great staff. awesome coffee 24hrs, one of the better places I've stayed in quite some time. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Punta Gorda.
