Room was good. Bed was very uncomfortable... Only had 2 towels and a washcloth. Rooms need fridges so when people like me come to visit we have a place to keep drinks . Had my youngest grandchild and she takes special milk only used 2 bottles out of it and had to throw away a $7 milk, what a waste...

Disappointing

The staff was welcoming. The room was in bad need of repair and maintenance. The bed springs squeaked whenever I moved. The paint on the ceiling was bubbled up and peeling off. The showerhead was improperly installed and a mess. I could go on. Probably will never stay at this establishment again. And no continental breakfast by the way.

Where do I start? First, I called because I mistakenly double booked and Tiana was absolutely amazing ands very kind. She helped me out with cancelling one and confirming the prepaid reservation. I was still in my home state, but then when I arrived the next day, Tiana took care of me and continued demonstrating kindness and professionalism. When I checked out in the morning, I spoke to Marlene, and boy was she so nice. Thank you for your hard work and taking the extra time to ensure customer satisfaction because that I am, very satisfied from my stay at this property! Thanks again

We didn't stay. Walked into the room & back out. Grounds were dirty, room smelled, and bed was thin & uncomfortable for anyone over 120 lbs. Clerk offered no refund or voucher (probably no allowed), but did offer her condolences, twice, that we lost our money.

I have stayed at Spring Hill Motel 6 many times, and this time I’m staying for 2 weeks! Their staff is why I keep coming back. They are upbeat, positive, and welcoming. Whether it’s Marlene helping me with directions, Samantha with replacing my tv remote, laughing with Faith over a joke, or getting extra soap from the “Mary Poppin” maids—they work as a team to make my stay enjoyable. And the have a great pool, and an unbeatable price. No hotel is perfect but at this Motel 6–the staff will make you feel at home!

The rooms were up to date and modern. The floor felt sandy. The staff friendly. The characters staying here were sketchy and someone offered us drugs. No issues after that and was quiet at night with no disturbances. Good stay for the money.
