Family with pet stay

The staff was friendly and quick. Our room was very clean. Pet friendly and all staff spoke to my 120 lb Rhodesian Ridge Back. He is a gentle giant and still they spoke to us. I have to say you would never know it was a pet friendly room due to the cleanleness. I go south on a regular basis and this will be my point of stay. Thanks to all staff.

Don't bother.

An absolute nightmare. The non-smoking room I booked reeked of cigarettes, had spots on the bed, dirty lampshades, a bathroom with fecal matter in the toilet and tub. I didn't even put my stuff down, I immediately went to the front desk where they refused me a refund, I slept in my car. A complete waste of money.

Well there were peoplee doing drugs in the parking lot and selling them. Roaches in the room at which the the guy at the front desk said no way umm yes dude and the room smells of cigarettes and smoke horriable even though the room was non smoking apparently people still smoke in thaem I checked in and checked right back out

We arrived, checked in (very friendly front desk staff), and left after we saw the room. There was footprint on the headboard, sticky film on the microwave and refrigerator, rust on the lamps, the lamp shades were dented, the furniture had cigarette burns, and the bathtub was stained. As we were leaving the room, we saw 2 older women who looked to be prostitutes. NEVER AGAIN!

They gave us a handicapped dirty bathroom. I asked for a room downstairs so I wouldn't have to take my son's stuff upstairs because he is artistic. They put is in that handicapped room with a chair in the shower. Wter was cold.

We checked in and then we went to our room, we were approached and was asked by someone for smokes, we also found a used needle on the floor by our room door. We left and went up the road to another hotel. The front desk person was great, however we were told we wouldn’t get our money back for the room which was very disappointing.

Don’t let the reviews fool you.

This room was nothing as advertised. This was a low quality hotel. Beds are hard, mold and mildew, ax filter hasn’t been changed since it’s been installed. Smoking room smelled like a fire was just put out in it. Microwave and tv both did not work.

Room smelled like smoke, first bed had dirt on the blankets and room was overall was dilapitated, molding was peeling off wall at floor, paint missing and peeling on door and furniture cobwebs in corner and a roach ran across the floor. I know its a cheaper hitel, but come on!!
