Let’s start with our toilet wouldn’t fill to flush. Every time we used it-we had to take the back off and pull the chain to fill the tank. Yes we told the front desk. It’s what the told us to do. The hot tub was broke-I get it things happen. The breakfast was subpar. Having stayed and ate here before, it just didn’t taste as good as before. The lady working the breakfast area was also very rude. This was my go to one night away hotel…not anymore.

The staff was courteous but the room left much to be desired. The carpet had crumbs and hair on it so it had not been vacuumed well, the bathroom had hair above the shower on the wall in multiple places so had not been cleaned well and also had hair on the floor which is gross. We had a suite and the television in the main area with 2 beds did not work properly and would not connect to any channels though the one in the actual bedroom area did. The pool water was quite cool and not very clear but the rest of the communal areas including the breakfast area were clean. It was just the room that left a lot to be desired but we were only there for one night so we just slept and left.
