Very nice and calm environment for a vacation! The staff from the front of the building to the restaurant were attentive. Enjoyed a night stay in a King Suite, clean room, Japanese commode, and a nice modern tub/shower combination w/ a bench (the best part). The Japenese Garden was beautiful!!

You can enjoy hotel stay with Japanese omotenashi, friendly and helpful staffs, modern Japanese decoration, and of course, big public bath! I enjoyed this onsen-style bath every morning and night during my stay. The area around the hotel is very quiet and good for workation as well. Food is also great! I can't stop thinking of "sake tiramisu" after I'm back. Quality wise, it's very reasonable. Next time, I will definitely try Sake bar.

So when we went I was very excited for the outdoor bath, onsen & the koi pond. The onsen was great! No worries about that great shower room and just a nice quiet hot pool. However, the outdoor bath was under renovation which was kinda a disappointment considering that was a big reason for going. I would’ve liked if it was discounted in lieu of that. And unfortunately the koi pond on the lounge had unclean water with a lot of dirt in it or at least it looked like that. Smelled good though which is nice! Cute souvenir shop and cute spot. I would just be cautious about going in the winter since maybe it’s slower and they’re working on more projects. I’d come here in summer though for sure! I get the vibes.
