The hotel grounds and room were clean and very nice! The room was huge, comfy bed but the couch was pretty hard. I would 100% stay here again. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was there were no snacks or drinks available to purchase. But, there were food places close by so it wasn’t a big deal.

I stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is close to the airport and about 10 minutes drive from downtown. Freeway access is less than a mile away. Appears major renovations are being completed which may be the reason for the limited breakfast options. Hotel and rooms are very nice. My room had an almost full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishes and a small dishwasher though no pots/pans or silverware. The ice maker in the lobby didn’t work but there was an ice tray in the freezer. So while it was nice some of these amenities were provided, you couldn’t use them without bringing some stuff of your own. Plenty of parking, quiet area. Reasonably priced. I’d stay again.

Property advertised that it had a pool, but did not. Property advertised kitchenette, yet had zero things to go in a kitchenette other than plates and cups. No soap, no cutlery, no towels, no cooking utensils.. nothing. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Day 1 they had plain bagels, waffles and syrup, and some kind of cinnamon cake thing. That’s it. I complained and the next day it had a few red delicious apples and yogurt in addition to day 1. Massive disappointment. I booked this hotel solely for the kitchenette, pool and breakfast. Expedia was amazing and tried to get some money back from the property, but the property denied me. Extremely disappointed and won’t recommend this property to anyone.

There was a woman working the front desk slightly older but pretty and sweet and she was so helpful and accommodating and great. I forgot her name but there were three of us and she was able to save us from a long night of dealing with an headache and we got some sound sleep and some good breakfast. Thank you so much I wish I remembered your name you’re the best.

Had a good time in the hotel but the problem was they were doing construction turning into Towne place suites. I stayed for 4 days. On the third day I came back to my hotel room around 1030pm and find my hotel door open. Luckily nothing was missing. Did call front desk to look for me and looks like they were doing something to my bathroom for construction. Then the next morning I get a knock around 8am thinking it was housekeeping so I ignored it and went to take a shower and get ready then by 830am another knock and sounded like someone was trying to get into my hotel room. I opened the door and it was a construction guy telling me to leave the door open he has to fix something in the bathroom. I was upset about that because of invasion of privacy and it was unprofessional for them to just open my room randomly and do something. I had my valuables in the room. I let the front desk know and the lady said they should not be up there and she will tell them to do it once I was checked out which was one more day. When I got back to my hotel after that. The constructions stuff was finished which was unprofessional because I was still occupying the room. Privacy is not their priority. Never coming back to that hotel. Now I’m traumatized and scared to go to any hotel and leave the room due to that.
