Hotel Hell

I booked a king suite and got a double queen. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom. One of the towels had a stain on it. Chips in the linoleum. The whole place was dingy.The rooms were not soundproof like they claim. I could hear screaming and banging sounds in the night. Lots of sketchy people. I think the city might be using the hotel as a homeless shelter.
