Fantastic location for everything downtown. Like 5 minutes of walking to Saturday market, powells book store, the mall, and more! Also directly next to the beer garden with great food options all day. Staff were great and super helpful!

They did not notify us that all street access to the hotel would be blocked on Saturday night. We had to take a cab and walk several blocks through a terrible area The next morning, they closed the dining room and we had to look for someplace for breakfast in the terrible neighborhood surroundings We will NEVER stay there again!!!

Rooms were not ready when we arrived at 3:30. Check in was 3pm, room finally ready about 5. Apologized but no compensation. Housekeeping was late. Staff was kind and polite but still no room when needed. Rooms were clean with nice view. Valet service was quick although expensive. Restaurant was closed even though we were told breakfast would be available. Had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast.
