This property was wonderful, the room had a cute boutique hotel feel, we were very comfortable. The breakfast was a full spread of options. The front desk had little items for the kids which was a big hit. I wish the heated pool was a bit warmer for comfort.

The bed was good, staff was very accommodating. The chairs in the room were really uncomfortable like sitting on a piece of wood and old. The stall shower was dark had we known the bathroom was so outdated we wouldn’t have booked. Toilet a good height for munchkins. No ice machines.

Loved staying at this inn for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Critiques = 1) While a guest can order food from the restaurant and go downstairs to get it when it is ready, it would have been nice to have had room service available after a long day of driving; 2) The wood furniture in our room was pretty scratched up. It wasn't antique furniture, but likely a few decades old. The room was beautiful and I'd stay again in a heart beat, but I do think the furniture needs to be either changed or repaired; 3) It would have been nice to have an additional blanket in the room. We likely could have contacted the front desk about this, but we were too tired to bother. Compliments - 1) All staff were very welcoming and friendly; 2) The check in process was very smooth and I especially liked the touch of the personalized envelope awaiting my arrival; 3) The food from the restaurant was delicious; 4) The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, inviting, and beautiful.
