Except for staff, who were lovely, the room was very so-so. No information in the room about restaurants. You had to scan a cde with your phone. Our room was on the 5th floor as far from the elevators as possible. Walking is difficult for me which i did not mention when booking. It was very close to OHSU which is what we wanted since. We had an early morning appointment.

Blood on the bed and used sheets

The people at the desk are lovely. The real problems began when we got into the room. I went to grab a towel from the neatly folded ones and one of them was damp. Someone had clearly used it and it was just folded and put back. Then we woke up and pushed the blankets off only to find the bedding was ragged and torn and there was a blood stain and some kind of bug shell on the bed! This is so disgusting and hazardous. I will never stay here again in my life.

The property lacks adequate parking and what is offered is expensive- valet or a parking garage- It’s inconvenient. Loved the second floor outdoor area - grills and nice sitting area. Lacks a hot tub in the pool area.

Spacious rooms, great location, good value. Free wifi and breakfast. The only negatives were 1) parking fee is steep ($52/day), 2) no area for smokers, even on the outdoor patio, and 3) no jacuzzi/hot tub onsite.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. However, the room we were in was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a big sticky stain on the carpet next to the bed and a stain on the window shade. As soon as we walked in we saw dust and hair on the floor in the kitchen. The beds and pillows are definitely not the most comfortable.

Very close to Old Town in a quieter area right by the river and shoreline park. A good, self service hot breakfast is included but a lot of solicitations for gratuity for??? (We served, refilled and bussed our own) *No Bell services for your luggage with this Brand *Advertised Bar Closed 1/3 of the time *Room did NOT come with Advertised King Bed *Valet MIA while we waited parked in the street - Front Desk let us know we could leave it there but we thought not, against his better judgement. Eventually Night Controller had to park our vehicle as we were still there when she came in for graveyard, still MIA Valet :-( *Extremely dirty Washer/Dryer in Laundry room. Underwear found in both. Rubber seal for Washer full of gunk, hair and even a bolt. Took video and showed to Mgt. Pics are from Screen shots. Overall unhappy with our stay and Mgt's position in not offering anything to help right the sub-standard service

Outstanding to be quite honest. Clean lovely and great. Room was a beaut. Decent gym and pool (good size if you’re alone in the pool, pretty awkward if someone else was there) but if anyone else was in the pool just go to the bar, with the lovely bar staff for some solid pelican brewery beers. Max on reception was FANTASTIC, we stan. Very knowledgeable of the local area and a lovely welcome. All round great. The one weakness??? Breakfast. Very unsocial early hours, bit of a put off, but was still deliciouso. 11/10 lads!

This was our third hotel for a two week trip, each had their own best qualities. The staff her have the most fluent English so far which is so helpful. We’re in a bunk room which my girls (12 & 17) loved. The room is small but comfortable and has everything we need, I just wish there were drawers or a closet for our clothes. Beds on harder side but still sleeping fine. Wish the onsite food options weren’t so expensive.
