This is an excellent option if you want to be close to the airport. The complimentary shuttle was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and efficient. Ambiance was utilitarian and a bit corporate, though staff was quite cordial and helpful. The bed was superb!

I had issues with that night front desk staff because their system was down and they took over 20 minutes to get me a room then gave me the wrong room. The next more they doubled charge me for a stay that I already paid for but luckily the morning staff was much better and talk to the manger and they were able to help me.

Best Airport Hotel

We enjoy this hotel. The size of the rooms is a bonus. The air conditioning works well. The parking is excellent and affordable. We didn't use the pool, but might if we stay here again in the future. The breakfasts used to be included, along with one night of parking, and that now comes with a fee. We enjoy the ceramic cups for coffee. There used to be wine glasses in the rooms also, but not this time.

The airport shuttle was great, good breakfast options, room layout very nice. Staff friendly. My concern was check-in. I requested in my reservation that there be no feathers/down in the room. When I called from the airport for the shuttle I confirmed with the front desk and the staff agreed that my request was noted on my reservation. When I arrived, there were 4 feather pillows and a down comforter on the bed. One of the pillows had small (appearing to be) bloodstains. I promptly moved the bedding to the hall and called the front desk. The staff apologized and I let them know the items were in the hall as I am very allergic to feathers and have a reaction that gives me an instant headache and causes breathing difficulties. Everything else about my stay is good. In the time it took for me to wait for the shuttle the bedding could have been changed (at least verified as hypo allergenic). This tired traveler’s lungs are still recovering.
