I was late checking in and the hotel said I was already a no show but would accommodate me. The fine print actually says they can do that. It’s a stay by the road. Get up and go kinda place.

Front desk staff were a bit rude, our room smelled, uncomfortable beds and pillows, no fan in the bathroom and poor cooking utensils offered.

Hotel was decent for the price. Room was clean and hotel has been remodeled in some areas. Breakfast was only a few grab and go items. No hot food. Area around the hotel has a lot of homeless walking around. They wander through the hotel parking lot too. There is a security guard but I was still uncomfortable. For what we needed it worked. We played ball at Delta Park and this was only a minute away.

The property smelled awful, like smoke and I'm guessing all the food people were cooking in their units. There were always multiple people smoking outside and there were tons of transients/homeless around the property which made me feel very unsafe and worried about my vehicle being broken in to. The room was finished nicely, but the water pressure was horrendous and the bathroom lighting was so dim. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were so small. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The area is overloaded with homeless. The rooms smell like chemicals

Hotel room is clean, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, amenities are sort of lacking, breakfast is very minimal which is a bit of disappointment. Biggest factor was the location. It is in a shady and unsafe area that made us feel uncomfortable and on the edge.
