room was nice enough. would like a shelf for shampoo/soap in the bathroom shower/tub. heat worked well. internet was very good. as i recall 70/55 download upload. the lobby isn't super impressive; i mean it is okay doesn't have a real nice aesthetic--it is just an okay look/too functional looking. the breakfast was quite decent.

The bed had a metal frame that sounded like hitting a drum when you got on/off. not something very nice in the middle of the night. The room was extremely dry from the fan.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. The entire process only took a few minutes. Although, we could hear the vehicle noise from the highway, that wasn’t the thing keeping us up. Someone in the unit above us, had really heavy feet.

Room was clean! Love the flooring way better than carpet. Hallways to the room should be upgraded also! Staff was friendly. Bed frames are metal which is great for cleanliness but one of the beds in our double queen room made a horrible sound everytime you rolled over. Load enough to wake up other member if the room.

I left my portable charger, went back a couple of hours later to retrieve it and they returned it to me! Wow, what excellent service. The person at the desk said it was probably on the cleaning person’s cart and sure enough it was returned to me in a bag. They also provided ear plugs since the property is located ear the freeway. It’s the first place I have stayed in many years that has provided them for free!!

Great hotel to stay at

This is a great no frills hotel in a good location. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean Breakfast was good. Kimberly at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! We will be back!

The room was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly. The problem is the i5 freeway is right next door. Trucks roar by all night. If you are a sound sleeper like me, it's probably fine, but my traveling companion was kept up by the noise.

I might have ok/good experience with Best Western before but this is the worst one I have ever stayed and I will never stay at Best Western again. Weird smell in the hallway and in my room too. I checked in around 10pm and as soon as I walked into my room and started put my soft bags down on the bench I got a call from front desk saying I was being too loud? And I will be evicted if someone complains again? I was afraid of making any sound at that night because some Karen called upon me and front desk guy just being too stone-cold.
