Great owners, questionable cleanliness…

The owners were very friendly and we loved the option for a day pass following checkout. However, we were very uncomfortable when we arrived and overheard the owner talking about the staff still cleaning rooms following “the bombing”… Our anxiety only heightened when we went to our room and saw the door wide open and a can of Raid sitting outside the room on the railing. We spent our stay on high alert for bugs in the room and were pretty uneasy the entire time. Had we not overheard this conversation or seen the pest spray left out, maybe we would have enjoyed our stay more, but this significantly impacted our perception.

Super séjour! Le gros plus est l’espace extérieur avec les bbq, plancha, micro onde et tout le nécessaire pour la cuisson! Idéal pour des déjeuners maison et tranquille avant une belle journée à la plage! La piscine super aussi parfait pour une fin d’après midi relaxe. Belle proximité du centre et de la plage. Les chambres sont étroites par contre et un peu petite pour une famille de 4! Par chance on ne reste pas là toute la journée!

The Seagrass was a great last minute retreat for me and my son. Close to the beach, local activities and numerous dining options. We parked our car and walked everywhere.

The staff member at check-in was great. Super nice and gave us tips for where to eat and stuff. Rooms were OK, not what I would usually like. It could’ve been cleaner for my liking, however, the bed and the bedsheets seemed very clean. I was not a fan of the small old shower, but at least there was enough pressure to rince my hair. LOCATION is amazing!!! Honestly location was so good for me what the room was lacking location made up for some of it. I would probably stay there again. In my opinion, due to the rooms being old and not being to regular hotel standards and amenities they could charge a little less.

Good hotel to spend a weekend.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small. There is also a train that runs behind the hotel that woke us up every morning. Hotel was walking distance to beach and downtown.

Excellent valued hotel with great welcoming owners. The property was older but was well maintained And actually better then I thought. Painted baby beach blue gave it a nice summer vibe. Wi-Fi channels worked well. Location unbelievable. Overall an excellent 3 day vacation. Will gladly stay again when visiting Old orchard. Thanks

This was a cute place, well upkeep. The AC was very loud, but it kept us cool during a really hot night. Beach access across the street and a five minute to the pier.

We LOVED our stay! We arrived early so they prioritized our room to be ready before check in. The staff is super welcoming, the rooms are basic but clean. Right where the action is!
