Room was clean and had a coffee pot, but no creamer. Room was updated and in good shape. Heard train whistles all night long though. Good sandwich at the bar! Parking ramp very tight and reeked of pot. I had to fold my mirrors in to get into a spot. Word to the wise - back in!

Nice enough hotel in a easy to access location. My main beef is they charged $25/day for parking although this wasn’t stated on the hotel description. Additionally, all bedding is down, so my allergies were in overdrive. They have a restaurant but it was closed on the Tuesday evening we tried to eat there.

I thought this would be cool to experience. It looked fun online. However they charge a fee for the area you’re in. And I’ll tell you what, it was awful. There was someone in a bush screaming and there was yelling all night right outside the window. The parking lot is really small. It’s just way over priced.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before, and we always have a good visit. The hallways may be old but the rooms are very clean and nice. It’s easy walking access to a lot around Portland, we never felt unsafe walking about the area. Big shout out to Kennedy at the front desk - he was wonderful!

Kennedy and the college student in the morning provided world class customer service. Unfortunately the white privileged front desk attitude was terrible. This hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the downtown area is a GHOST town at night. The unique location is an excellent value. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Stayed for 2 nights for Portland marathon. It’s a perfect choice for the race. Starting and ending spots are both right at the hotel. Easy in and out even during the time of blocked traffic during the race time. Staffs are super nice too.

There was no heat or a/c. They said they are “between seasons”. It was freezing and no one was ever at the front desk or around the hotel. It has huge balconies but they are filthy and littered with cigarettes. There are limited food options, and the mini fridge was useless - it barely fit 2 water bottles. Incredibly dog friendly and spacious room. Could be a nice place if they had a staff to take care of it. They never said hello when I walked through the front lobby, they were always on their phones.

Hotel was in a great prime location. Loved the complimentary drinks. One thing, the air vent and ac were very bad. We ended up waking up sick- stuffy. I think the hvac needs new clean filters. Overall, would stay there again.

Very clean, super friendly staff, and easy to navigate the area. The hotel restaurant was closed while we were there, and they offered a complimentary drink from the cold case. It was fun to try something new. There’s a lot of good dining options that are within a 15 min walk. The park overlooking the river was well lit and had many joggers, even in the evening. Convenient location to the airport as well. I would definitely stay here again!
