The motel is pet friendly, which I love even though my pup was at home; however, the carpets were beyond gross and were lifting/wrinkling throughout the building forming trip hazards EVERYWHERE. The whole building needs a complete facelift with paint, carpet, and lighting. The bed was fresh and the linen welcoming; the bathroom was clean enough but the towels were thread-bare. The bath towel was only a couple of inches bigger than the hand-towel and about the same as the bath mat. Took two to dry off. There was no remote for the TV but the front desk gave me a universal one. She said “housekeeping must have misplaced it” (not sure where they would have moved it to). She then told me maintenance will have a look. I explained there was no rush but they never showed at all. I understand this is not a high- or even moderate-level hotel but it’s still a Wyndham property and for $100 or so per night, I expected a bit more quality.

I was approved for an early check-in, but refused a room when I tried to get one. The young lady at the counter was drab, rude, and mumbled every word. I ultimately had to wait three hours in the parking lot for them to clean a room for me. Sheets were dirty. Floor was dirty.

The key card for the door didn't work and the clerk couldn't figure it out. He was still helpful and he made an effort. He also allowed me to check in after hours which I was very thankful for considering I had just got off the plane at 1:30am in a foreign state and I was a woman alone. That ensured my safety.

Although the staff was nice this property needs a serious renovation. The covers on the bed had cigarettes burns, the vanity in the bathroom was damage & rushed. The TV had a line on the screen that would not go away so the tv needs to be replaced. The lock on the door was a pain to use no matter how many times we had to get a new key. Also, I think it is very inconsiderate to put any guest in a room directly next door or in our case 3 rooms down from where the housekeeping staff works. We were able to hear everything & my husband works nights so sleeping during the day was difficult. The hallways were full of noise & talking until about 1pm. To be honest we couldnt wait to get out of that hotel. We would have left sooner if it weren't for the room being non-refundable. The pictures listed are not what the hotel actually looks like. If I could post pictures of our room I would. This is one hotel I will never stay at again and I truly wish I could get my money back because it was an absolute waste.

Several staff real nice, others clueless, Keycards did not work well, tv was broken needed it replaced. Loudness in the halls went unchecked. Real comfortable bed, room was nice, bathroom clean.

Wouldn’t recommend. There was a large spring poking out of the bed that caught our legs a few times. More disturbingly there was blood on our toilet paper and one of the mirrors in our room.

The room was very dirty smelt so bad like cigarette smoke. When I told them all they gave me was a can of freshener keys never worked was nothing but a hassle stayed there many times used to love. It will never stay again.
