Nice Room, But Not W/Accessibility Issues

The room was clean and nice, just as other reviews stated. But the beds were very low, difficult for my 80 y/o mother to get in and out of. The stairs were terrifying to go down at night, in the dark. There were 2 uncomfortable chairs in the room, so couldn't sit and socialize, just went up to bed. No tv upstairs, so its read or sleep.

Lovely property and overall destination. We hadn’t planned on having one of our kids with us, so the loft space was perfect. The brewery was great too.

Pool was nice and clean. The $18 additional fee which was not noted at check in became a $24 fee on cc after we checked out. We left a telephone charger in the room. After golfing we went back to get it and they indicated that they didn't have it and wouldn't allow us to look in the room even though no one else had checked in yet. And, they wouldn't take our number in case they found it. Also, they have a coffee place but don't have anyone there until 7:30 am. For the price, it's not worth it.

Good besides room 311

Property is nice. The tap room is a bonus. The problem with room 311 is the Air conditioner wall unti points right at the bed and is loud. My brother's room was laid out completely different. We book the same style rooms. I could tell that everyone who slept in that room used the right side of the mattress, because it was slanted downward to be as far away from the ac as possible. If I go back I will request a different room. Friendly service and very peaceful. This is Definitely the nicest hotel in the area

Short visit

The hotel grounds looked nice. The room was nice, and we really liked having the loft for my daughter to sleep in. The blinds could be replaced because the terrace lights went through and were annoying when it was time for bed. The room also smelled like the last person had smoked a lot of marijuana. We loved the body wash; it smelled nice. Maybe consider a microwave in the rooms or the lobby. We had some breakfast burritos, but no way to warm them up, which was a big bummer. We did like having Starbucks on the property.

While my stay was good, there was no microwave, thus leaving me without warm food. The customer service via phone is lousy given I need to get through an AI clerk in order to speak to a real person regarding inquiries. Given the positive reputation of this motel, i expected a lot more from both, the customer service and amenities. I am lucky if I get a room for 3 nights within company budget, but even more lucky if I get a microwave in the room. Please do better. Thank you

Room was small but quite modern,had pad for charging phones,bathroom amenities, clean bright white bedding, all apps for watching t.v(hulu,Netflix) onsite bar/coffee. The only thing i would suggest is to add where the ice machine/soda vending machines are. They give you a check in map(which was super helpful property is large easy to get lost) but we couldnt find the location of the ice machine and feont desk was closed. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. Huge step up from the location down the road which i dont recommend.
